About Me

In my private practice I work in an integrative manner. This simply means that I use a number of different styles of in my practice. Why? I believe that we are all unique and while one method might suit one person, it may not suit another. I believe that everyone has a story which is unique to them, a story that deserves to be heard. Listen to your story, and from that point work with you to achieve the positive change you require.
Relevant Qualifications: I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Guidance Counselling (QQI Level 9) from Maynooth University. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as qualifications in Life Coach and Training and am a registered Psychometric Tester.

Additional Roles: I am currently the regional coordinator (South East) for Business in the Community Ireland, as well as a Training partner with AWARE, Wexford Local Development and Mental health First Aid Ireland. Prior to all this I had over 16 years’ experience, working in Project and Quality Management related roles in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Manufacturing Industries, holding a BSc in Quality Management. It was during this time that I became experienced in, and passionate about mental health and wellness in our communities.

I have been involved in a number of community-based campaigns and initiatives over the past number of years. Among these are the founding of “Friends of It’s Good 2 Talk”, “CommunityMinds”, and “Wexford Little Free Library
